Faith centered Army family

As we travel through our lives "the army way" we want to share it with our family and friends. All our ups and downs and tribulations. With the army nothing is ever certain, but we know with God all things are. "Now faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of we do not see." Hebrews 11:1

Hello again

Well everyone has updated their blog except me. So i finally am YEAH!!!

Firtst Frank is still working long hours but we are doing good. He is going to try to become a warrant officer for the army. Which is good. He recently took a class that gets him certified to teach for the Army. So he could teach classes even if he got out of the Army which gives us hope. Not that we are going to get out. He loves to work for the Army. It would be kind of scary to leave but God always has a plan and we will try to follow His ways.

Lily is doing well. I am finding that i hear me in her more and more everyday. It is a little scary. LOL I find myself asking... do I sound like that, then i answer myself, Yep! She has started taking violin lessons. She loves to go to the class and be with the teacher. She pays attention there and does really good. So the teacher says. At home it is more of a struggle. She doesnt have as much focus here because of all the distractions so i have to find a room with nothing around and make sure Daisy is preoccupied. Then she does ok. If she does what she is supposed to do then she gets a treat (candy) so does Daisy if she leaves us alone. She is also taking ballet and doing a great job. She loves her teacher and the girls in her class. Lily is outside the box and i think it is great most of the time. She does things the way she likes to and likes to create things or add her own twist to things. Sometimes it is good but she needs to learn that sometimes you have to do things a certain way and we are slowly learning and teaching her this.

Daisy... first i have to say praises to our Lord because she has accepted Jesus into her heart!! She doesnt seem to be going through the tribulations that Lily did when she asked Jesus into her heart. But that was good. They are both different and the process will be different for both of them. She also is becoming more independant. I have been hovering over them to much. So now i let them get themselves ready for bed and they love it. They do so well. They get their own snacks out and put up their dishes. Daisy does now with out being told. Since Lily started taking violin lessons she says she wants to take piano lessons. But i tell her not til she is 6. For now i am trying to teach her some things but she doesnt really want to, but oh well i wont worry about it.

As for me i am in the process of trying to start to take college classes on line. I need to get 45 college credits in order to homeschool in the state of Washington. Still homeschooling. Daisy is starting to read and Lily is excelling in everthing. She catches on right away. I am going to get a curriculum by the end of this summer from Sonlight. We read alot and it is a reading based curriculum. The library that we go to everyweek says that when we dont come they feel lost because we make their book totals go up. lol. We check out about 50 books a week. Yes we read just about everyone at least once and if we dont we just keep it. The girls love story time and i love the library. This is a wonderful library here and i praise God that He gave us this one.
God has worked so many miricles in our lives. My mom and dad have been such a blessing helping to fix up our house and to sell it. I am so thankful for them and for my Uncle Bob, Uncle Jim and Aunt Kris for helping so much. Also for everyones prayers. None of it would be possible without God. I am ready for my house to be sold. I love my house but it is time for a great family to enjoy it.
So there is my long updated post. Hopefully i will be able to do it more. Heres to hoping!!!!
P.S. I would add pictures but it is giving me a hard time.
