Faith centered Army family

As we travel through our lives "the army way" we want to share it with our family and friends. All our ups and downs and tribulations. With the army nothing is ever certain, but we know with God all things are. "Now faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of we do not see." Hebrews 11:1

12 days and counting

Ok... i dont know if i can wait any longer. Still do not know when he is exactly coming home but hopeing and of course praying that it wont be any later then the 2 of September. It is so hard to sleep cause i just keep thinking how are things going to be, what are we all going to do, is he going to sleep all the time. lol. He tends to want to sleep alot. But i hope he wont. 14 days are going to go by quick. i am trying to figure out all that we want to do and it just makes me realize how little time it really will be. But i am so thankful that he can come home for a break. Then it will only be 5 more months. Right now it has been 7. People wonder how i do it. It is just something that is apart of our lives. It is the army life. Our husbands leave to train and to go to war. The way i get through it is God number one. I cant do any thing with out Him. My love for Frank cause i know that this is who he is and i choose this life with him and i will get through all the times hard and good. My girls, i have to be strong for them (Frank always tells me to do that). Of course my parents who support me in all that i am and all that i do. They have been such a great support for the girls and I. I envy people who live near their families.
So here we are waiting. I got my hair cut sort of. Styled any way. I know what i am wearing to pick him up. Now just wait. Keep our days busy so it goes by fast and Praise the Lord it has seemed to go by fast.
